Quest Reborn Dungeon Quest Armor Tier List
Match the set to the stat or the chest is just fashion.
Armor is the quiet half of a clear. Players screenshot weapons and then die because the chest piece is a mage robe on a Physical account. This list ranks sets by map and role. Wear it with the Weapons list and a real build.
Three families exist:
- Warrior — Physical power. Pair with warrior weapons and physical abilities.
- Mage — Spell Power. Pair with staves and heals.
- Guardian — hit points for tanks and healers who were asked to exist.
Cosmetics do not move a letter. A void-themed wrap on a mid-map helm is still a mid-map helm.
S tier
Abyssal Void Nightmare sets that match your role, especially pieces that drop beside The Voidborn chase. If you can wear void armor and a void weapon together, you are in the current ceiling. See Abyssal Void.
Northern Lands endgame sets (Jotunn-style mage or warrior pieces people actually clear Odin in) sit here for accounts that cannot enter the void yet. Northern Lands lists the health you need before the armor even matters.
A tier
Aquatic Temple, Enchanted Forest, and other late mid sets with honest pots. These are what a weekly player should be upgrading with daily rewards gold. They will carry you through the Northern on-ramp if the pot is clean.
B tier
Samurai, Steampunk, Orbital, and similar mid legendaries or high epics. Famous names, lower ceiling. Use them to finish the map that drops the next set. Do not pour a week of gold into a B helm because the icon is a fox.
C tier
Early Desert, Winter, Pirate, and Underworld pieces once you have left those maps. Vendor or trade as chips. Upgrading them after you own a B set is how accounts stall.
Starter clothes are not a tier. Replace them in the first session — Getting Started.
How to upgrade without wasting gold
- Unequip the piece. The blacksmith ignores equipped armor.
- Only upgrade the matching family. A warrior does not buy Spell Power on a chest “for fun.”
- Check remaining upgrades (pot) before you slam gold. How to trade uses the same math.
- Hardcore extra rolls are how you replace a set, not how you bless a C-tier.
- If you cannot survive the map, you need health or a lower door, not a prettier hat. Use the dungeon checker.
Guardian sets are S for a tank that a group requested and C for a solo farmer. Context is the rank.
Mixing sets
A warrior helm on a mage body is how pubs look busy and then die. Pick a family. The skill planner will look broken if the armor disagrees with the points.
Two-piece matching is already a win while you farm the rest. Do not wait for a full branded set if a higher-pot stray piece from the same family dropped.
Codes will not complete a set. Scripts will not either. If a patch adds a new dungeon, the Updates Hub will note the new S-tier chest so this page does not fossilize.
Bring the Guides Hub with you when the set comes from a map you have not finished. Armor does not dodge anti-heal. You still have to play.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Warrior, mage, or guardian armor?
Warrior for Physical, mage for Spell Power, guardian for a requested tank or healer. Do not mix families.
Do armor cosmetics add stats?
No. Only the set family, rarity, pot, and upgrades change power.
Should I upgrade early armor?
Only until the next map’s set drops. Then vendor the old pieces and move the gold forward.
What is the best armor now?
Matching Abyssal Void pieces if you can wear them, otherwise Northern endgame sets that match your role.
