Quest Reborn How to Get Ultimate Weapons

Ultimate is the sixth rarity in Dungeon Quest, above Legendary. There are four weapons. You do not craft them from a vendor recipe. You beat a Nightmare bonus boss, then hope a Legendary roll converts. How to get legendaries is the on-ramp. This page is the ceiling.

Daily rewards, Wave Defense, and Boss Raids do not drop Ultimates. Extra Item adds a story-map roll. It does not open Odin Reincarnation or The Voidborn. Read Game Passes if you were about to buy Robux for the wrong reason.

The four weapons

• Hofund — Ultimate warrior weapon from Northern Lands. Physical. Equip around level 186. Community power sits near 72.7M base with hundreds of thousands of upgrades. It is the best sword you can wear before Void.
• Laevateinn — Ultimate mage weapon from the same Northern bonus fight. Spell Power. Same door, same Nightmare rule, different stat.
• Voidspire & Abyssal Veil — Ultimate warrior weapon from Abyssal Void. Physical. Equip at level 216. Base power is in the 832M band. This is the 2026 warrior ceiling on the Weapons tier list.
• Voidfallen’s Effigy & Edict — Ultimate mage pair from the same Voidborn fight. Spell Power. Same numbers, mage stat.

If you are a Physical account, chase Hofund then Voidspire. If you are Spell Power, chase Laevateinn then Effigy. Do not split. Skill Points already warned you.

Northern Lands: Odin Reincarnation

You need level 185 Nightmare and a kit that can finish Odin with time left. After Odin dies, the game offers the bonus fight. The arena flips from blue to red. You get five minutes and three lives, Hardcore or not. Beat Odin Reincarnation and the chest can roll Northern Legendaries — Mjolnir, Gungnir — with a documented 28% chance for that Legendary to become Hofund or Laevateinn instead.

Community math puts a Northern Legendary near 1 in 555 on the main Nightmare chest. The Ultimate conversion makes Hofund/Laevateinn rarer still; estimates sit near 1 in 1,984. That is a ticket farm, not a weekend errand. Bring a party. Toggle Hardcore only after you can finish the bonus on lives to spare.

Inner Focus or Inner Rage (and the Enhanced versions) are not optional flavor. Northern’s first bosses punish slow feet. Farm those abilities on Volcanic Chambers, Aquatic Temple, Enchanted Forest, or Northern Nightmare before you camp the reincarnation door.

Abyssal Void: The Voidborn

You need level 215 Nightmare, billions of health, and a clear of Adelys. After Adelys, Nightmare offers The Voidborn. Five minutes. Three lives. Voidspire and Effigy drop here, not from the hallway chest and not from the closed Voyage event. If you cannot finish Adelys, you are not farming Ultimates yet. Void Ultimates outclass Hofund on raw numbers. Hofund still matters for every account that is not 216. Do not skip Northern because a thumbnail said “VOID ONLY.”

What does not drop Ultimates

• Easy through Insane. Nightmare is the rule.
• Daily rewards, even with Extra Item and the group.
• Boss Raids rings and on-level loot.
• Wave Defense cycles.
• Lobby 2 trades that “guarantee Ultimate” without an inspect. Read How to trade.
• Codes. There are none.

Gregg can drop crafting metals for Legendary weapons. That is not Ultimate.

A sane farm plan

1. Pick one damage stat. Wear the matching build.
2. Finish Enchanted Forest Nightmare so Northern does not shock you.
3. Farm Northern Nightmare until Hofund or Laevateinn lands, or until you can survive Gilded and Yokai without begging for a carry.
4. Move through Gilded Skies and Yokai Peak on the gear you have.
5. Learn Adelys, then queue Voidborn. Expect a long ticket count.

Use the dungeon checker if you do not know which door is honest. Use the Updates Hub if a YouTuber claims dungeon 18 added a fifth Ultimate. As of August 2026, these four weapons are still the list.

Invite friends. Online co-op is how bonus bosses stay sane. A solo reincarnation wipe is a five-minute tax. A four-player clear is a real ticket.
